Everybody watches chef shows nowadays, I've seen a few of them myself but the best show and most honest personality I've seen is Anthony Bourdain on his Travel Channel show, Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations. Everytime I watch this show I want to eat all kinds of different food, it makes me want to get out of my eating comfort zone. I love his no BS attitude about everything, he is not concerned with putting on a front for someone else, he is just passionate about food and everything that goes into it. This quote about vegetarians is priceless, this guys rules.
"Vegetarians, and their Hezbollah-like splinter faction, the vegans, are a persistent irritant to any chef worth a damn. To me, life without veal stock, pork fat, sausage, organ meat, demi-glace, or even stinky cheese is a life not worth living. Vegetarians are the enemy of everything good and decent in the human spirit, and an affront to all I stand for, the pure enjoyment of food.
