Day 1  

Well, I survived my first day on staff at the church.  It is so cool to be in there getting my hands dirty.  I had a great time working with the staff and just kind of laying low in meetings and getting a feel for things.  It is going to take a little while to really get up to speed but I'm ready for the challenge.  With my shortened part-time schedule, I'm having to really try to jam a lot of productivity into a short amount of worktime.  That is one of my main concerns, time management between 2 jobs and trying to not get spread too thin.  It's going to be fine but may be a little hectic for the first few weeks until I find the groove. Lot's of prayer and trusting God is in control.
